Refund policy

1. Returns:

As our products are collectibles and items for personal appreciation, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order if there was an error on our part in sending the order or if the order is not in the same condition as its quality indicates. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.

3. Return Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error or your receipt of a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a return method at no additional cost.
